Custom Commissions / Bonus Triggers

Add a "custom commissions" feature, unrelated to orders, to grant extra commission/earnings for additional actions other than placing an order. This would have options to grant bonus commission for registrations, form submissions, newsletter signups, etc. This could then be hooked into to add your own for custom events too. Maybe add this to performance bonuses feature. Include a new rewards log to performance bonuses to show a log of rewards they have earned so far. Change name to "Bonuses and Rewards".
